Important Dates

October 21, 2019: Submission Portal closes. 

November 15, 2019: CES Conference Travel Grant applications open.

December 20, 2019: All submitters will be notified regarding the status of their proposals.

January 2, 2020: Early-bird registration opens.

January 31, 2020: Preliminary schedule released for the 27^th International Conference of Europeanists.

March 31, 2020: Early-bird registration ends.

May 15, 2020: All scheduled participants must register for the conference. Those who do not will have their names withdrawn from the program.

June 1, 2020: Checks and wires no longer accepted as payment for conference registration. Credit, debit, and PayPal still welcome. Also, no refunds of registration payment offered after this date.

June 22-24, 2020: 27th International Conference of Europeanists in Reykjavik.

Please be advised that the process for submitting panels has slightly changed. 

Paper authors (Paper Panels) or Panelists (Book Panels and Roundtables) must submit an individual proposal application.

Proposals may be submitted until Monday, October 21, 11:59 PM EST.  Participants will be notified of the Committee's decisions by December 20, 2019.
